The RENZ TKB – Total Koil Binder is an electric machine for inserting plastic coils ranging from 6 mm to 50 mm in diameter. It features two distinct insertion modes based on book thickness, ensuring optimal processing for various products. Operation is hands-free via foot pedal. The vertical book placement allows for the use of tabs or wider covers. The TKB comes complete with 21 spine formers: Type 1 for 0.2475" / 3:1 pitch, Type 2 for 4:1 / 3:1 / 2.5:1 pitch. Perfectly complements the TCB – Total Cut & Bend for a full plastic coil binding workflow.
