Standard punching die for Punch 500, US, 8,0 x 3,0 mm, QSA, 1-part, fixed margin depth

Efficient punching at an attractive price – The 1-part RENZ punching die has been specially developed for cost-effective production of pads and brochures, offering excellent value for money. Ideal for budget-conscious users who still require reliable punching results. The integrated QSA (Quick Size Adjustment) technology allows for quick format changes by deactivating individual punch pins – practical, flexible, and time-saving. The punch pins are made of hardened steel, while the die base is manufactured from durable tool steel. This robust material combination ensures consistent punching quality and solid service life, even with regular use. Unlike RENZ’s higher-end professional dies, this variant is not regrindable – a deliberate trade-off for users who don’t require heavy-duty performance on a daily basis but still value RENZ quality. 1-part die – suitable for paper, cardboard and plastic. Ideal for pads, brochures, calendars and more. Compatible with: Punch 500 / Punch 500 ES
