Description
RENZ punching dies stand for exceptional quality and precision in print finishing. Punch pins and dies are made from hardened tool steel, ensuring exceptionally long service life. Low-wear brass guides guarantee a smooth punching process – ideal for high workloads and maximum durability. The integrated QSA (Quick Size Adjustment) technology enables rapid format changes by deactivating individual punch pins.
Each die comes pre-fitted with a Plexiglas alignment guide for use in the DTP 340 M. This guide serves as a paper stop and provides visual support for precise format adjustment – featuring an embossed hole pattern, a scale to determine block thickness, and an adjustable side lay. For use in the DTP 340 A, the included Plexiglas guide simply needs to be mounted.
The die also includes an integrated 20 mm thumb cut – ideal for calendar production in combination with calendar hangers.
