Autopunch 360-120 | Digital
Description
The RENZ Autopunch 360-120 | Digital is an automatic high-speed punching machine designed for modern print finishing. It achieves up to 100,000 punches per hour with minimal operator intervention.
Thanks to its intelligent paternoster feeder, two-finger paper pick-up system, and automatic turnover drum, the machine ensures a continuous, error-free punching process and perfect sheet sequencing, even with mixed material types.
Setup is intuitive via a large colour touchscreen featuring 40 programmable job memories, enabling automatic format changes in seconds.
Tool changes are quick and simple, taking just a few seconds, allowing flexible adaptation to wire comb binding, plastic comb binding, coil binding, and custom punching patterns.
The innovative QSA (Quick Size Adjustment) technology enables the quick deactivation or activation of individual punching pins directly on the tool without removal – ideal for adjusting punch widths as needed.
A variety of high-performance punching tools for all common binding types is available as optional equipment.
The machine’s robust all-steel construction and low-maintenance stepper motor technology ensure high operational reliability and a long service life. An optional air blast system supports trouble-free processing of demanding materials.
Thanks to automatic format adjustment and punching speeds, production bottlenecks can be effectively eliminated.
Compact design allows easy integration into existing production environments.
Whether for print shops, binderies, or large corporate printing centres – the RENZ Autopunch 360-120 | Digital provides an efficient, scalable solution that reduces production costs, shortens lead times, and boosts profitability. Investing in RENZ means choosing outstanding German engineering for future-proof production.
