Description
The RENZ Autopunch 360-120 | Block is the professional punching solution for efficient book and calendar production. Pre-collated printed materials with a maximum product thickness of up to 20 mm are precisely fed to the punching station via the horizontal feeder. Punching is carried out while the turnover drum ensures the correct sheet sequence. The punched sheets are then collected in an integrated stacking station, laterally shifted via a shifting unit, and transported into the descending stack delivery system. Products are stacked on a transport trolley with a maximum stacking height of 750 mm and can be directly moved to the next finishing stage, such as binding. With up to 120 punching strokes per minute and a maximum stacking height of 750 mm, the machine significantly optimises further processing. The two-finger pick-up system enables reliable processing of mixed material types. Format changes are performed quickly and accurately via the swivelling touchscreen and motor-driven digital format adjustment with 50 programmable memory slots. Punching die changes are completed within seconds. Thanks to the optional QSA technology, individual punching pins can be deactivated or activated directly on the punching die without removal. A variety of high-performance punching dies for wire comb, plastic comb, coil binding, and calendar applications is available. The horizontal paper feed and automatic turnover drum guarantee maximum process reliability and correct sheet sequence. Expansion options such as a second punching station for hanger holes or corner rounding further enhance the machine’s versatility.
