Fully automatic punching system


Operation

With a single operator the Kugler automatic punch can punch up to
100,000 sheets per hour: ring binder inserts, calender pages, tab and register-cut sheets made
of cardboard and plastic, paper for wire-bound products (spiral and double wire binding)
special punching and much more.
• continuous feed and unloading for maximum productivity
• materials are taken from the top of the stack for best results on a wide jkvariety of materials.
• trouble-free punching of mixed materials (i.e. cardboard and paper).
• turn-over drum keeps the punched pages in original sequence.
• sheets are aligned precisely just prior to punching for highest accuracy
• format and die changes can be done quickly and involve only a few hjadjustments.
